How ReActiv8 Works

The 3R Concept: Recycled, Reactivated Rubber
With ReActiv8, the new rubber blend is called 3R (Recycled Reactivated Rubber). This process allows for varying levels of recycled content based on the grade of the rubber:
- High-grade rubber goods (e.g., tires) : Up to 34% recycled content achieved.
- Medium-grade rubber goods (e.g., belts, seals, shoes) : Potential for 60% recycled content.
- Low-grade rubber goods (e.g., rubber tiles) : Up to 90% recycled content.
These categories are determined by ensuring that all physical and dynamic properties remain intact or are enhanced, delivering performance comparable to new virgin rubber.
