RNP’s additives excel at applications that use a sulfur based cure in diene rubbers.

Our products are generally composed of a nano-composite with an inert core of Silica embedded in a tailored binding medium to ensure maximum ease of use, safety and incorporation into a rubber matrix upon mixing.

These unique products deliver a pronounced effect on the curing reaction; delivering improvements to the cure kinetics and physical properties. This is achieved through the formation of differing types and lengths of sulfur cross-links when compared to a conventional zinc based cure.

The products are at home in a range of different accelerator classes like sulfenamides and nitrosamine free dithiocarbamates.
